Shipping Charges: Many retailers offering ONLY products provide free shipping on orders above a minimum threshold (often ₹999 or ₹1,499). For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of approximately ₹99 is usually applied. Secure Verification: Premium shipments may utilize OTP-based delivery to ensure the package is handed over securely to the correct recipient.

2.Free and Easy Returns

Return Window: You can initiate a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your jeans. Condition for Returns: The jeans must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition. All brand tags, including the denim size tags and price labels, must remain attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Exchanges: Exchanges are generally limited to size changes for the same product, subject to stock availability. If you wish to exchange for a different color or fit, you must return the current pair and place a new order. Non-Returnable Items: Items purchased during "Final Sale" events or specific clearance markdowns may be ineligible for return. For hygiene reasons, accessories or innerwear bought alongside the jeans are also non-returnable. Refund Process Quality Inspection: Once the jeans reach the warehouse, they undergo a quality check to ensure they meet the return criteria. Refund Timeline: Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (Card/UPI/Net Banking) within 2 to 5 business days after the quality check is cleared. Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds are often issued as Brand Credits or store credit. Some platforms allow bank transfers if you provide your details through a secure link. Reverse Pick-up: ONLY typically arranges for a reverse pick-up. If your location is not serviceable for pick-up, you may be asked to self-ship the item, and the brand often reimburses up to ₹500 in Brand Credits for the courier charges.
