Delivery Charges: Standard delivery is typically free of cost for orders placed on the official website. Cash on Delivery (COD): A non-refundable fee of ₹99 is applicable on all COD purchases. Delivery Locations: PUMA delivers to most cities across India; however, they do not currently offer international shipping from the India store. Cancellations: You can request to cancel an order via WhatsApp (8792968173) or through the customer support portal. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been dispatched

2.Free and Easy Returns

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 10 days of the delivery date. Condition of Items: Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Original Packaging: All original tags and packaging must be intact (e.g., shoes must be returned in the original shoe box). Tag Loop: For footwear, do not remove the tag loop attached to the product, as this is essential for the return process. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, items such as face masks, socks, bodywear (boxers, briefs, sports bras, etc.), and swimwear are not eligible for return or exchange. Personalized Products: Any customized or personalized orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable. Exchanges: If you choose to exchange an item, it must be in resalable condition. Once the returned item is verified, the replacement will be sent according to standard delivery timelines.
